Shipping and returns

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 15 WORKING days after receipt of payment, as they are handmade and customized products made in our workshop. Once shipped it takes 1-5 business days to arrive at the delivery address. In total it may take 20 WORKING days. We always try to ship within one week of receipt of payment, but it will depend on the volume of orders.

In seasons of high demand, such as local, national and regional holidays, vacation months, as well as in dates close to Christmas, Easter or special promotions (Black Days) these deadlines could be affected.

COVID19: Due to the covid19 crisis, we have suffered some stock rupture and agglomeration of orders, as most of our suppliers have closed, which may cause variations in delivery times for some orders.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal charges.

You will be able to track your shipment at all times. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can see the status of your order.

Mimaar Handmade is not responsible for possible additional costs if the address where the package is to be sent is wrong, or if the person does not pick up the package within the period stipulated by the shipping agency.

Returns and exchanges

Once your order has been processed (24 hours after payment) no cancellations will be accepted.

If once received the purchase you are not satisfied, Mimaar Handmade allows you to return it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. provided that the products have not been used or damaged or altered and the packaging is in its original condition.

Customized product exchanges will not be accepted.

For the return you can contact us by email at info@mimaarhandmade.com to communicate the return or exchange and we will tell you the steps to follow. No chargeback will be accepted. Once we have verified that the product is in good condition, we will proceed with the return and the customer will be refunded within 14 calendar days from the date on which the customer informs us of his decision to cancel the order.

Please return the item using or including all original packaging, instructions and other accompanying documents.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Returns in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and outside Spain

If you wish to exchange or return a product that has been delivered in the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, you must contact our Customer Service Department to arrange with us or one of our representatives to have the product picked up by a courier or to return the product at your own cost.

We are not responsible for customs duties incurred when returning items from international destinations. Shipments must be categorized at the post office or carrier as “Items Returned Under Warranty”.e
